Once the design meets all the requirements, we start to manufacture the die casting moulds on our modern machinery. We produce economical and highly durable die casting moulds, mainly for customers in the automotive industry. And we do so in every size, including extremely large: We can handle mould sizes of up to 63 tonnes of weight per unit. Die casting moulds for workpieces used in mass production are our focus, as are VACURAL, PORAL and three-plate moulds
We also offer the entire range of modern mould construction and toolmaking as well as contract processing. Thus we can cost-effectively handle milling work up to 4000 mm in length and eroding tasks of up to 1400 mm.
