Our service organisation, founded in 2014 in Tianjin, is able to handle a wide range of services for our customers on site. This includes, for example, repair of die cast tools, in-process maintenance and the setup of casting machines or sampling supervision on site.

The general manager and company manager are German company personnel. We are flexible when it comes to business communication – this can take place in German, English or Chinese according to requirements.

Operating times are organised into 3-shift operation (24/7).
